Having recently seen this Chocolate Bundt Cake on 101 Cookbooks, when invited to an afternoon with friends and family, I just had to make it.
This fabulous cake is made with scharfenberger coco powder and freshly ground flour. It uses muscovado and maple syrup for sweetening. Most importantly, the recipe calls for 2 cups of chocolate porter, making it perfect for our belated Saint Patrick’s Day gathering. It was rich, moist, and perfectly yummy.
